I wonder who Lex is thinking about here?

Because as Grace said on "Will and Grace": Gay sex is soooo hot!

Awwww, Lex!!!

X-Ray

In tribute to the comic books, this episodes GAYLEs are those X-Ray specs you find in the ads at the back.

Gayle -- Awarded by Omar during the recap, it goes to Clark's coy little look after he mentions masks. Tresca pointed out two honorable mentions that I'd missed: Lex checking out Bo Kent's rear (thanks for the visual, and who¹s writing that fanfic?). And Chloe checking out Lana's rack at the Torch offices, which proves that we are equal opportunity Gaylers.

GAL -- Lex's "I promise I'm not packing heat," and Clark's "A criminal mastermind would wear a mask," accompanied by a blush that makes us all wonder what kind of mask (and speaking of fanfic...) he meant, were our leading contenders. There are also those who voted for the mention of 'Club Zero' accompanied by a surprised look from Lex.

HoNay! -- Clark checking out the girls' locker room. Very believable. Honorable mention to the Tina!Lana kiss which looked even more awkward than first kisses usually are. Especially when you consider that this is supposed to be the girl of his dreams.

PHOC -- Something about Lex's slow, smooth rocking action (no, no, no, with a Pool Cue y'all, really!) captured most people's imaginations for this award. I, however, still think that those long ropes dangling between Clark's and Pete's legs should get it. Honorable mention to Lex's multi-tasking of a venti-coffee, tape deck, and stick shift while pulling away from our intrepid reporter. There is also some question about the large gun that 'Lex' uses to BLASST his way out of the bank, but I don't think it counts since it's not really Lex.

SWOLI -- Bo Kent's "You could see through my hand." Most of us think that we could see through his head just by peering into his ears.

The Juvie -- "Be yourself" Tina. Or "My Mom hated Cheerleading" Lana. Take your pick.

The Platypus -- Ma Kent's "I'd learn to close my eyes."

Occasionals:
The Acting!Lana -- Not only 'No,' but 'Hell No.' Although there were a couple of interesting moments when she was really Tina pretending to be Lana, it just wasn't anywhere near enough.

The Yea! I finally have something to Do! -- Whitney for his very nice delineation between real Whit and Tina!Whit. Lana should take notes.

The Diddler -- See HoNay! above

The DICK -- Clark writhing on his back after ShapeShifter pasted him. Didn't matter whether it was Tina in the Barn, Whitney in the cemetary, or Lex on the street (anyone else just get a mad urge to play 'Clue'?), Clark looking stunned while flat on his back gets the award.

The LEXUS -- See HoNay! above

The DRILL -- Lex toying with our intrepid reporter. For me it was the bag toss for the money, but others note the subtle look of glee when the idiot's phone doesn't work. Lex just loves making people his bitches.

BLASST -- I'll give it to the bullets in the set-up, but only because I'm feeling generous.

BLOW -- You're kidding, right?

The PSHAW -- most emphatically not. I'm not even certain the writers of this episode can recite the alphabet without a cheat sheet.
